Additionally, there is a supporting document section, a provider list, and a reporting feature that includes top 10 claimants, top 10 diagnoses, top 10 providers, claim transactions, and outstanding excess. HRD can also perform an endorsement feature that includes registering new employees, registering new family, endorsement update, endorsement deletion, endorsement lost card, and endorsement history.
